This Policy applies to products sold directly by Strategicbongo, LLC dba Demosophy through its websites. Retailers and other sellers have their own policies.
At launch, physical products are available for shipment to eligible addresses in the United States. We do not currently accept international physical-product orders. If international shipping is added, the available destinations, carrier rates, duties, taxes, and any product restrictions will be shown at checkout and this Policy will be updated.
In-stock signed copies are normally prepared for shipment within three to five business days after payment is confirmed. Business days exclude weekends and U.S. federal holidays. Limited releases, preorders, severe weather, unusually high order volume, or other exceptional conditions may extend processing. We will communicate a material delay when reasonably possible.
For the signed pre-release edition of 89 Seconds, free U.S. standard shipping may be included when displayed on the product page and at checkout. The standard method is expected to be USPS Media Mail. USPS generally estimates two to eight business days within the contiguous United States after acceptance, but Media Mail is not a guaranteed service. Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, and military addresses may take longer.
If an expedited option is offered, its price and estimated transit time will appear at checkout. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. We may select the carrier or equivalent service that reasonably matches the method purchased. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.
When tracking is available, we will email the tracking number after the shipment is created or accepted by the carrier. Tracking may take time to update. Carrier scans and delivery status are controlled by the carrier.
You are responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and deliverable address. Contact us immediately if you notice an error. We will try to update an address before fulfillment but cannot guarantee a change after a label is created or a package is tendered. If an order is returned because of an incorrect, incomplete, or refused address, we may require payment of the actual reshipping cost before sending it again, except where law requires otherwise.
You may request cancellation before fulfillment begins by emailing kmr@kristin.raffaelle.com with your order number. A request is not effective until confirmed. Once an order has been fulfilled, labeled for shipment, or transferred to the carrier, it cannot be canceled and the return rules below apply.
Signed, personalized, limited, and pre-release copies are final sale because they are prepared or reserved for the purchaser. We will nevertheless provide an appropriate remedy when an item arrives damaged or defective, the order contains the wrong item, or applicable law requires it. A minor variation in a signature, placement, ink, paper, color, or production appearance is not necessarily a defect.
Contact us within seven days after delivery at kmr@kristin.raffaelle.com. Include your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photographs of the item and shipping package. Keep the item and packaging until we provide instructions. After review, we may replace the item, provide a refund or partial refund, or offer another legally appropriate remedy. We will cover reasonable return shipping when we require return of an item that arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If tracking is delayed or a package appears lost, contact us and check with household members, neighbors, the carrier, and the delivery location. We may open a carrier inquiry and may ask you to complete reasonable documentation. A “delivered” scan does not always establish receipt, but we will evaluate the circumstances and applicable carrier and legal requirements before issuing a replacement or refund.
Do not send a return without authorization. Unauthorized shipments may be refused or may not be identifiable. If we authorize a return, follow the instructions we provide and use a trackable method. The return address is:

Digital downloads, including EPUB files, are generally final and nonrefundable once access or download is provided. If a purchased file is unavailable, corrupted, materially different from its description, or cannot be accessed because of a technical issue attributable to us, contact us within seven days of purchase. We will make reasonable efforts to restore access, provide a corrected file, replace the product, or issue an appropriate refund. This rule does not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. Bank and card processing times vary and are outside our control. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless the item was damaged, defective, incorrect, or law requires otherwise.

The exact technologies in use may change as the Sites evolve. Our consent tool should display a current provider and cookie list, including purpose and duration. Potential providers include WordPress and hosting services; SureCart and Stripe for commerce, checkout, payment, and fraud prevention; Google for analytics; and Meta or TikTok for advertising measurement. Analytics and advertising providers must not be activated until they are actually configured, disclosed, and subject to the applicable choice.
Cookie duration varies from a single session to a provider-defined period. The consent tool should show the current duration where available. We may update this Policy when technologies or legal requirements change and will revise the effective date. Materially new optional uses may require a renewed choice.
