Strategicbongo, LLC, doing business as Demosophy (“Demosophy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information when you visit or interact with Demosophy.com, KristinRaffaelle.com, pages relating to 89 Seconds, and other sites or initiatives that link to this Policy; purchase products; contact us; or receive communications from us (collectively, the “Services”).
We may receive information from payment processors, commerce and hosting providers, shipping carriers, social platforms, analytics providers, referral partners, and publicly available sources. Payment providers tell us whether a payment succeeded and may provide limited payment details, such as card brand and last four digits. We do not receive or store your full payment-card number.
Where a law requires us to identify a legal basis, we rely on one or more of the following: performance of a contract, such as fulfilling an order; compliance with legal obligations; our legitimate interests in operating, securing, and improving the Services; and your consent, including for optional cookies or marketing where consent is required. You may withdraw consent at any time, without affecting prior lawful processing.
We may disclose personal information to the following categories of recipients for the purposes described in this Policy:
We do not sell personal information for money. Some privacy laws define certain disclosures for cross-context behavioral advertising as “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising. If we activate advertising pixels or similar tools, we will provide applicable notice and choices, including a method to opt out.
Stripe and other payment providers process payment information under their own privacy notices and security programs. Demosophy receives transaction confirmations and limited payment metadata but does not store full card numbers or security codes. Do not send payment-card information by email.
We use strictly necessary technologies for functions such as security, checkout, cart persistence, and preferences. With your choice where required, we may also use functional, analytics, and advertising technologies. The Cookie Policy describes the categories and controls. You can revisit cookie choices through the “Cookie Settings” or “Privacy Choices” link on the Sites.
Order, access, account, security, and fulfillment messages are transactional and necessary to provide requested Services. Promotional messages, including Demosophy Field Notes and release announcements, are separate. You may unsubscribe from promotional email through the link in any such message or by contacting us. Unsubscribing from promotions will not stop necessary transactional messages.
If abandoned-checkout reminders are enabled, we may use an email address entered during checkout to send a limited series of up to three reminders about the incomplete order. Each reminder will identify Demosophy and provide a simple way to opt out. We will not treat checkout-reminder permission as consent to an unrelated marketing newsletter.
We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including providing products and support, maintaining tax and accounting records, resolving disputes, preventing fraud, enforcing agreements, and meeting legal requirements. Retention varies by data type and context. We retain suppression records as needed to honor marketing opt-outs. When information is no longer needed, we delete, deidentify, or securely dispose of it where reasonably practicable.
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, and we select service providers appropriate to the nature of the Services. No system or transmission is completely secure. You are responsible for using unique credentials and protecting devices and accounts under your control.
Depending on where you live and subject to legal exceptions, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, or restriction of personal information; to withdraw consent; to object to certain processing; or to opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising. You may also appeal a denial where applicable and may have the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising a privacy right.
To make a request, email kmr@kristin.raffaelle.com with “Privacy Request” in the subject line. Describe the request and the Site involved. We may verify identity and authority before responding. An authorized agent may submit a request when permitted by law, but we may require proof of authorization and identity. If we cannot fulfill a request, we will explain why where required.
You may also use available browser or platform controls. When legally required and technically supported, we will treat a recognized opt-out preference signal, such as Global Privacy Control, as a request to opt out for the browser or device sending it.
Demosophy is based in Arizona, United States. If you access the Services from another country, personal information may be processed in the United States and other locations where our providers operate. Those locations may have different data-protection laws. Where required, we and our providers use recognized safeguards for international transfers.
The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Third-party sites, embedded media, social widgets, and services are governed by their own privacy practices. Review those notices before providing information. Our Cookie Policy and consent tool govern optional technologies that we control on our Sites, but a third party may process information independently after you leave the Sites or choose to interact with its content.
We may update this Policy as our Services, providers, and legal obligations change. We will post the revised version and update the effective date. When required, we will provide additional notice or seek consent before applying a material change.
