Demosophy Defines Itself
This video and narrative attempts to share a perspective that might inspire other leaders to contemplate one’s personal, professional and national present state of affairs. Its main objective is to inspire leaders to act in a positive direction while considering their alignment where applicable towards the Demosophic Principles found within the book, Beautiful Decomposition, The American Project. note: the book’s pre-released 1st Edition can be found here

What defines you?
Are you a leader? A Capitalist? East Coast, West Coast? City Dweller, or Urban Sprawl? Are you Christian, Muslim, Mormon, Taoist? Are you a learned academician or self-made man?
You a financier? A card-carrying member of the NRA? Perhaps you are a right-wing evangelical, or a bleeding heart liberal….an Anarchist or maybe a fascist? Hmmm, maybe you are Black, White, Asian or under represented? You gay, straight, bi trans or non-binary? Maybe you’re a boomer, a Gen-Xer, a millennial? Or perhaps, you are a privileged elitist or an essential worker… a non-essential business owner? You a technocrat or a democrat, a populist or a communist? You an attorney, a judge, or a priest, evangelist or a coach? You a contrarian or a purist, a scientist or an artist…an athlete or gamer?
Are you kidding me? Are you limiting me?
Who creates these bins of alphabet containers, of empty meaning that form and inform our standard operating environment for ensuring recurrent separatism, polarization and discord? Such labels and limiters are a fungal contagion, whose spores infect individuals, nations and humanity with Fear, Uncertainty and Doubt.
These have SHACKLED people into poverty and reciprocally escalated wealth, power and influence; that are now, both utterly confused by one another. And as a result, are both sending out seismic ripples, that have crashed lives and our global economy. While WE THE PEOPLE, collectively bounce and drag about, like kites on an ominously windy day – and are finally calling ENUF!!!
The crazy, but truth thing is that we cannot untether ourselves from the now floundering and powerful energies that influence our collective, and individual mental and emotional fundamentals. We are that interconnected – like a ball of intertwined hair. It is ALL apart of our AUTHENTIC REALITY.
Who CHOOSES to Perpetuate this Current and Recurrent State?
Who RECURRENTLY acts and mobilizes this level of human shallowness of difference and indifference? Which is it – uninterest or disinterest? Do you understand these two powerful terms?
Who purposefully, with knowing and intention, continues to foster thoughts and action, that WILL UNDOUBTABLY escalate INTO polarization and discord? Who continues with RESOLVE, to operationalize and mobilize one’s being in actions that individually and collectively reduce our potential? Especially for those being used as pawns in this “coconut game” of political posturing and rampant economic debt and gain?
Racism, capitalism, poverty, materialism, power, wealth and influence. They are TIGHTLY CONNECTED; and so are their solutions. What I would like to know, is who possesses the testicular fortitude to peel off short-sighted and meaningless labels to release these limiters to embrace beauty as creative freedom?
What’s “Going Down” with Demosophy?
For me, that is what we do at Demosophy. This is a new domain; and we are acting to claim it. We are rising above the noise, to see the landscape from the top down and the bottom up. We are leveraging innate human experience and wisdom to discuss, level set, share, contemplate and ideate FORWARD, always forward.
Our primary toolset is innate human experience and wisdom, supported by Democracy and Authentic Capitalism, as the ways and means, for mending and strengthening our nation’s fabric. We are operationalizing and mobilizing leadership, in support of growth and expansion, for 2020 and beyond.
We are revitalizing the true nature of Leadership, Democracy, and Capitalism. And we are going to prove, like a firestorm that our nation has never seen the likes. We stand upon authentic American and human strength that when united as WE THE PEOPLE, collectively possess the insight and intelligence to actually solve our most pressing challenges. This is not Pollyanna, unicorns and rainbow hope. It will happen, by individual leadership doing the right things, at the right times because there exists no other way. At Demosophy, LEADERS, reboot and reinitialize Capitalism, such that it can operate in its purest and finest sense to PROVE its ability to operate in the direction of the inherent good.
United at the Confluence
We are leaders uniting at the confluence of Science and Technology, Philosophy and Government, Religion and spirituality and innate human experience and wisdom. To create and operationalize solutions, and mobilize our mental and physical resources, in action to rise the tides of our nation(s), in support of life liberty and the pursuit of happiness. We are aiming at nothing short of delivering upon the promise.
As a team of leaders, we have done it in our lives, and in our business. Now we do it, with directed intention, in the time of need. We are leaders stepping into our greatness.
Why? Why Demosophy?
Well. By way of America at this point, by way of the world, that is not conceit or narcissism. That is fact. That seat is ours to lose. Because, the proverbial “shit runs downhill.” That said, we better master how to leverage our successes forward, and quickly commit to fix our short comings. In that we collectively need to operationalize and mobilize our inward and outward natures, an get off this “I’m trying” crap, and actually work to make and deliver BETTER. We need to fix this shit storm, that has been whirling since our conception and move forward with intelligence.
Then we (the USA) can and will’ as always, share with the rest of the world, who is also struggling with similar challenges… however, they have been challenged for longer than our short 400 years. So, don’t misunderstand my desire to reinforce America first…. with uninterest in otherness or a nationalistic egoic simpleton. In my 30 years, of leading at the front-edge wave of tech; from biotech, telecommunication, health information, capitalism and globalism – we were doing what had never been done.
In that, we have advanced in our knowledge and utilization of science, philosophy/governance, and tech. And now it is very real, and in use in many capacities, some good and some very short-sighted. It is clear that many do not understand technology and its potential; at the level that is necessary for its effective use.
CROSS-DISCIPLINARY COLLABORATION
What we believe at DEMOSOPHY is that every single cutting-edge advancement, had one commonality: massively diverse high performing cross-disciplinary collaboration. I am thinking you, as leaders of the highest potential, who have contemplated your/our present existence….from tech, science, governance, and religion, coalesced with your own life experience, have seen the same things?
Innovators in all capacities, have seen and leveraged, firsthand the power of the most diverse minds, bodies and spirits ever comprised. At least I can say this is true in the high performing tech sectors and teams that I have been aligned and apart. I mean diversity of race, creed, sexual orientation, age, nationality, geo-location and experience.
And from it, INNOVATIVE greatness rose and continues to be born and proliferate. We created and are evolving the immeasurable, and the unfathomable. The ways and means of creative innovation can spread; and in the direction of the greatest good. Because its potential is more powerful than nuclear weaponry, and it seeds intelligence into…everything from automation to biotechnology and health informatics. It supports a new era.

These are large enterprise and institutional constructs that are to assist in supporting “essential workers” in their ability to survive and thrive– perceive and be perceived as valued essential assets to our American fabric.
